Construction Laborer
Summary
Steep Creek LLC is seeking a Construction Laborer for our Construction Division. The role of a laborer is to perform a variety of tasks under the direction of the Project Superintendent. The successful candidate will always be punctual, reliable, and willing to take on challenges directly. The Construction Laborer will report directly to the Project Superintendent.
Salary: Based on Experience
Base Location: Arkansas
Responsibilities

Assist Superintendent, equipment operator, and other skilled labor when necessary

Maintain a clean jobsite, including picking up all tools and trash/debris daily

Load and unload construction materials from trucks and trailers

Aid in the care and maintenance of construction equipment

Follow instructions from superiors

Move and maintain traffic control devices and flag traffic, as needed

May operate equipment occasionally

Follow all OSHA safety procedures

Be available to work overtime, including an occasional weekend;

Be available to travel
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
-
Have a high school diploma or GED
-
Be at least 18 years of age
-
Must have a valid driver’s license
-
Able to do physical labor in all weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects

Able to lead by example
