What is the starting wage at Steep Creek? The Starting wage is dependent on experience and the position applied for.
How many days a week do we work? We typically operate on a 4-day work week, with our standard schedule running from Monday through Thursday.
Is Travel Required? Travel may be required for specific projects, depending on their location and scope.
What about lodging, per diem and transportation When team members are required to work away from home, Steep Creek arranges and covers the cost of short-term rental housing to ensure their comfort and convenience. Additionally, each team member receives a daily per diem when staying away from home to cover meals and incidental expenses Company trucks are provided for transportation.
